HOW PERFECT AMINO CREATINE WORKS
Our muscles run on an energy form known as ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate). This is the final energy form created and used by the brand's cells to operate after all nutrients from the brand's food have been absorbed by the brand's cells.
During intense exercise the brand's stores of ATP energy are used up quickly, in just a few seconds, and to keep going, the brand's cells need to be able to generate more ATP — fast.
Creatine is naturally produced by the body as phosphocreatine. This is used by the brand's cells to rapidly generate more ATP energy, and to do this continuously during a workout or exercise.

One of the key things Creatine does is pull in water. And it does this wherever it is.
When this occurs inside of the brand's muscles, it improves strength, performance, recovery and muscle fullness.
But when it happens while it’s still in the brand's small intestine, it pulls in water there, causing bloating and even cramps or loose stools.
This happens much more with other creatines as they are only 80 mesh (larger particles), or not micronized to a standard (largest particles), causing them to take much longer to dissolve.
And if they haven’t fully dissolved, they’re not small enough to pass through the walls of the small intestine and into the brand's body.
So they sit there, pulling in water and causing bloating and sometimes cramps. This can also lead to some of the creatine passing down into the brand's large intestine, wasting it as it never arrives at the brand's muscles.
Beyond this, the longer undissolved creatine sits in the small intestine, the more it can cause gut bacteria to start fermenting, leading to gas and, potentially, cramps.
As PerfectAmino Creatine is micronized to 200 mesh (the smallest particles), it dissolves much more easily, so it’s absorbed much faster from the small intestine and gets to the brand's muscle cells for improved recovery and performance.

Creatine helps bring intracellular water into the brand's muscles. This assists in recovery, strength performance and fullness.
But how they use it, and how much they take determines its effectiveness and results.
Creatine works through muscle saturation. But that saturation is not immediate. So instead of taking it before a workout, they take it afterwards. After a workout is when creatine uptake is at its highest point.

Taking PerfectAmino With PerfectAmino Creatine
While most will take two servings of PerfectAmino before a workout, many also take another serving after a workout for maximal recovery and muscle growth.
If you don’t, that’s fine.
We’ve taken two servings of PA before (10 grams), and with PerfectAmino Creatine and PerfectAmino Electrolytes, each containing 2 grams of PerfectAmino, we’ve added another 4 grams.
But if it’s been a longer or more intense workout, adding another serving of PerfectAmino here can be quite helpful.
Creatine Loading
If one is not already taking creatine there is a muscle saturation period during which the amount of creatine builds up in the muscles.
If one takes just one serving per day this saturation period can take 3-4 weeks.
That’s why many, when first starting creatine, go through a loading phase, taking 4 servings per day (20 grams), spaced out through the day, for approximately 5-7 days.
Just ensure that you do space these servings out during the day, one serving at a time.
At that point muscles should be fully saturated and 1 serving per day is enough to keep them saturated.
